Andy has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry in Ohio and California. Andy began his career as an auditor with Peat,
Marwick, Mitchell (now KPMG). He has served in senior financial management positions in the Financial Services, Manufacturing, High
Tech, and Distribution industries.
Andy’s experience also includes start-ups and turnaround situations and involvement with mergers and acquisitions. Andy has executive
management experience as he is currently President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Continental Auto Receivables. In addition to Child
Proof Advice, Andy’s non-profit experience includes serving on finance committees for two Central Ohio churches.

Harry Sparks
Harry has over 25 years experience as an independent consultant, in public accounting with Coopers and Lybrand (now
PricewaterhouseCoopers), and RSM McGladrey. He has also been the director of IT audit for a Fortune 500 manufacturing firm with over
250 data centers world-wide and has been an IT Manager and programmer in private industry. Harry has worked in manufacturing,
insurance, retail, energy and higher education. In addition, Harry has conducted IT audits and SAS 70 reviews.

Barbara Trulby
Barbara is an experienced human resource professional. Her professional career began at IBM in Vermont before she transferred in 1989 to
the Research Triangle of North Carolina. Barbara also enjoys serving as an advocate for children. After leaving IBM to stay home with
her children, Barbara’s involvement as a parent representative in the PTA and the Wake County Child Fatality Prevention Team kept her in
the forefront of children’s safety and well being issues. During this time, she was also a preschool teacher at St. Michael The Archangel
Early Childhood Center in Raleigh, NC.
